THE Portuguese journalist João Botas has devoted a lot of time to the research of Macau related issues. His latest accomplishment is the essay “Macau 1937-1945 – Os Anos da Guerra”, recounting the troubled times of the Second World War. The book was launched by the International Institute of Macau during the recently held 2nd Macanese Community Youth Meeting. Here is the interview with the author
