I wonder if Bo Xilai’s downfall was just a superficial episode or a sign that things are changing within the Chinese Communist party. The all powerful Regional Party Chief - who ruled over a mega-city of more than 20 million residents - is the third Politburo member to be ousted for corruption or other wrongdoing, following former Beijing Party Secretary Chen Xitong and Shanghai Party Boss Chen Liangyu. Is this a sign of change?
